1. Get in touch and lock in your date. We'll talk through your club's structure, how many teams you have, and the best day to run photos. Once confirmed, it's in the calendar.
2. We plan the run sheet with your registrar or team manager. We work out the order of teams, timing, and any special requests before photo day — so the day itself runs to schedule.
3. Photo day. We set up, you bring the players through. We're experienced working with kids and know how to keep things moving on a busy photo day without the chaos.
4. Every player gets a gallery link. Within 2–3 weeks, players and families receive a link to their private gallery. They browse their images, choose what they want, and order directly online.
5. Your committee doesn't touch a cent. No collecting money. No sorting orders. No chasing families. It all happens directly between us and the families.

For parents and players, we take no up-front payments!
Parents will have their private online galleries delivered to them via SMS or email within two weeks of the last photo day. Here they can view and order their images of choice.
We have many packs and products available for parents, but you can find a price list here with some of the most popular packs.

Do you photograph game day action shots?
No — we specialise in team and individual sports portraits rather than live game coverage. This allows us to deliver consistent, professional images suitable for families, club marketing and sponsors.
How long does a sports club photo day usually take?
It depends on club size, but most photo days run efficiently with minimal disruption to training or games. We create a clear schedule beforehand so teams know exactly when to arrive. We like to do club photo days across training nights so there are no special trips needed for players and their families and no interruptions to game days.
